FAQs
When can I expect my debit card?
If you request a debit card for your Checking Account, you will receive it within 7-10 business days. If you request a debit card in a branch, you will receive a temporary card immediately, and your new card will arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days.
What happens if I don’t have enough money in my checking account?
F&A has three overdraft options available:
- Overdraft Transfer Service:{{overdraft_protection}} Transfer available funds from another F&A deposit account to cover the overdraft amount
- F&A Visa® Credit Card:{{overdraft_protection}} Transfer available funds from your F&A Visa® Credit Card account to cover the overdraft amount
- Courtesy Pay:{{courtesy_pay_fee}} Your overdraft may be paid by the Credit Union. The amount must be repaid, and a Courtesy Pay Fee will be assessed.
How do I order checks?
When opening your account in Digital banking, simply follow the directions for ordering checks or ask you F&A Representative. Your first box of F&A checks is free upon request.
