Tips to protect yourself from scammers:

Stay vigilant.

Never send money to someone you don’t know personally. Don’t click on links or attachments from unknown sources you don’t trust.

Verify the caller.

Not sure if that person on the phone is legitimate? Never share personal information with a caller. Hang up, and contact your financial institution directly.

Never pay with a gift card.

Know that utility companies, banks, the IRS or any other government agency will never request payment in the form of a gift card.

If it’s too good to be true, it likely is.

Question any offer that that promises big returns or prize money. First, look up who the offer came from via reliable online sources to verify its legitimacy.

What should I do if I think an unauthorized person has accessed my account?

If you believe your account has been compromised, please call F&A’s Member Contact Center at (800) 222-1226.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?

If you need to report a lost or stolen card, you can:

  • Log in to Digital Banking and navigate to Card Services to block and request a card to be reissued
  • Call our Member Contact Center at (800) 222-1226
  • Call (888) 297-3416 for 24-hour card services
  • Visit a branch

Someone claiming to be from F&A called me about my account. What should I do?

F&A Credit Union will never initiate calls, texts, or emails asking for personal member information, such as your Social Security Number, address, credit card number, or debit card number. If you receive such a call and are unsure if it’s from F&A, hang up and call our Member Contact Center at (800) 222-1226.

I need help accessing my account. Who do I contact?
