Short-Term Assistance Loan
Members who need immediate financial assistance are eligible for a short-term zero-percent interest loan with amounts up to $5,000. No payments are due for 90 days, and the balance is paid in low monthly installments over the following 25 months.
Loan Payment Deferrals and Skip-a-Payment
If you’re facing delayed pay, F&A is offering loan payment deferrals, modifications, or skip-a-payment on an individualized basis at no additional cost or impact to members.
Fee Waivers
For those impacted by the shutdown, F&A will waive late or other fees to minimize financial disruption.
Credit Card Hardship
Flexible repayment assistance may be available if you are unable to make your minimum payment.
