F&A’s members elect fellow members to a volunteer Board of Directors who work closely with the credit union's management team to set strategic direction and ensure the credit union's mission and vision are fulfilled and values upheld.

Volunteer Supervisory Committee

The Board of Directors appoints a volunteer Supervisory Committee who are responsible for ensuring the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of the Credit Union.

Any F&A Credit Union member in good standing can run for a position on the Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee. When positions are available, the website will be updated with information on how members can submit their applications for consideration.

How long are the terms for each position?

Supervisory Committee volunteers are elected for one-year terms, and Board of Director volunteers are elected for three-year terms.
