Here is a quick update regarding F&A's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Coronavirus Assistance Programs
Remember, for those suffering financial hardship resulting from COVID-19, F&A has launched several programs offering financial relief, including a short-term 0% APR loan up to 5k, the waiving of loan late fees, and loan payment deferment.

We are also complying with recent legislation regarding mortgage forbearance. If you are interested in a 90-day forbearance on your F&A mortgage, please call Loan Servicing at 800-222-1226, ext. 5998.
Potential delays in response time
These are extraordinary times and we are doing our best to adjust to the new climate, but there may be delays in wait times, processing, and returned phone calls. We ask for your patience during this time.
We ask that members please reserve office visits for essential and time sensitive business. Please use our remote options of the ATM, online banking, mobile banking, and the telephone service center for day-to-day business. Please note our daily cash limit of $3,000 in-branch and $1,500 at ATMs.
And remember, access to the Monterey Park Branch is limited to the Drive-Up Teller, though with extended hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our Whittier branch hours have not changed.
