LIMITED FEDERAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT FOR CHANGE IN TERMS OF F&A FEDERAL CREDIT UNION’S SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES

This limited disclosure is given in conjunction with the terms of F&A Federal Credit Union’s Schedule of Fees and Charges.
This change is limited to the change in terms of F&A Federal Credit Union’s Schedule of Fees and Charges.

Effective JULY 12, 2017, the following changes will be made to the Schedule of Fees and Charges:
Notary Service - Non-Member (per document)
The fee will change from $10.00 to $15.00
Compliance with Legal Order:
• Statements (per page) Fee will change from $0.20 to $0.25
• Hearing Appearance (per hour plus travel) Fee will change from $16.00 to $22.00
• Account Research (per hour) Fee will change from $16.00 to $22.00
eBill Pay:
• Rush One-Day Fee is now the vendor's charge.
• Rush Two-Day Fee is now the vendor's charge.
These changes will take effect on December 15, 2021.
